MISSIONARY PRIEST
Father Marc Omar+ is the Missionary Priest for Missio Dei Panama.
Marc has been married to Michelle for 20 years they are blessed with three children, Judah 17, Tsion 12, and Soleil 10. Marc and Michelle’s vision is to plant a vibrant Anglican Church among the expat and international community of Panama and to reach anyone who would hear the Gospel.
Marc grew up in Europe, and Africa but mostly in America he enjoys grilling Texas barbecue. He is fluent in three and a half languages. The Omar family are avid practitioners of Krav Maga a military self-defense and fighting system.

Bishop Felix Orji is the Diocesan Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of All Nations (ADAN).The Anglican Diocese of All Nations is home to parishes in the United States and Canada.
Our Bishop's vision and prayer is that the Holy Spirit will make it possible for us to go DEEPER with God, get CLOSER to one another, and go FURTHER in our impact on our community and the world.
The Right Reverend Dr. Felix Orji and his wife Lilian have four children, Cara, John, Jadon, and Justin.
Fr. Brendan Kimbrough
MISSIO DEI EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Brendan is a pastor in the Anglican Church of North America serving as Executive Pastor of Missio Dei Anglican Church in Houston. He earned his Master of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary in 2009. Brendan served as planting pastor of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in the DFW area and has served parishes in Houston, Dallas and Lake Jackson, Texas where he currently resides with his wife Stephanie and daughter Hannah.
Fr. Mark Ball
RECTOR OF MISSIO DEI HOUSTON SENDING PASTOR
Father Mark Ball+ serves as the Rector of Missio Dei Anglican Parish, the regional leader of The Greenhouse Movement, and Director of Resurrect Houston.
Over the last 20 years and with the constant help of his wife Jessalyn, Mark has led ministries to children, youth, college students, and adults. Mark planted Missio Dei 6 years ago as a lay person and is passionate about equipping leaders for ministry in the tradition of the Apostle Paul. Together he and Jessalyn have four sons and one daughter.
Fun fact: Last year Mark hiked 70 miles of the Appellation Trail
Rev. Obed Buchanan
RECIPROCAL MISSIONS PASTOR
Obed is the Senior Pastor of Iglesia Cristiana Unida en Santidad.
He has three wonderful children. Joshua, Joy, and Melody, is passionate about natural healing and herbal medicine.
The church’s ministry is focused on building strong marriages counseling at-risk youth and reaching out to gang members who might not have heard of the transforming power of the Gospel.
Foster Pugh
TREASURER
Foster Pugh is the Treasurer for both Missio Dei Panama and Missio Dei Houston. He was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. Foster then attended Texas A&M University and double majored in Finance and Business Honors and minored in Economics.
Shortly after graduating college, he married his high school sweetheart, Alex. He and his wife currently live in Houston, TX. Foster enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to podcasts, and grilling.
Scout Batz
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Scout Batz is a graphic designer and artist who lives in Chicago with her husband, Jose, and son, Elliot. She grew up in Houston, TX along with four siblings and was homeschooled K-12. She holds a Bachelor's of Architecture in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and enjoys painting with watercolor in her spare time.
